At Tiitan’s discretion, covered items will be repaired, replaced, swapped, or refunded.

Warranty Coverage

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Improper installation, operation, or maintenance
  • Damage caused by external factors (power surges, water, fire, natural disasters)
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Products with altered or removed serial numbers

Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, the following may be required:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
  • Product serial number (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue and supporting photos or videos

Tiitan reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty service.

Swap Service

Tiitan offers a Swap Service for eligible products to minimize downtime and ensure fast resolution.

How Swap Service Works

  • Once approved, Tiitan will provide a replacement unit in exchange for the defective product.
  • Customers may be required to return the original product within a specified timeframe.
  • Swap eligibility is determined based on product type, warranty status, and issue verification.

Swap units may be new or refurbished and are fully tested to meet Tiitan quality standards.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiitan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
